Dynamic balance scheme for mining machinery

1.Pneumatic clutch

Pneumatic clutches are large assembly components, with each piece weighing from tens to hundreds of kilograms.It is recommended to conduct a balance retest when the entire machine is assembled.

2.Crusher rotor

The rotor of the crusher is a large and heavy-duty rotating part, with a working speed of 300 to 1500 r/min.It is recommended to use the horizontal double-sided heavy weight balancing machine type and rebalance it regularly according to the working conditions.

3.Ball mill cylinder

The cylinder of the ball mill is a super-large component (with a single piece weighing up to several hundred tons). It is recommended to conduct on-site dynamic balancing to avoid large-scale disassembly and assembly.

4.Feeder/classifier rotor

The rotor speed of the feeder and classifier is 100-3000 r/min, which belongs to medium and low-speed large components.It is recommended to use a horizontal double-sided balance.

5.Roller (crushing/grinding)

The working speed of the crushing and grinding roller is 100-1500 r/min. It is recommended to use vertical single-sided or horizontal double-sided balancing.

6.Grinding discs (vertical grinding/roller grinding)

The grinding discs of vertical grinding roller pressure grinding are large wear-resistant parts. It is recommended to use dedicated large equipment for balancing.
