1.BT/HSK interface electric spindle

The spindle speed of the machining center is 8000-15000 r/min (with mechanical gear shifting). It is recommended to perform multi-speed balancing (for all gears) to ensure that the vibration does not exceed the standard after gear shifting.

4.Engraving machine/Milling machine spindle

The spindle speed of the engraving and milling machine is 10,000-50,000 r/min, and the precision processing scenario requires G1.Above 0.

5.Printing machine rollers (film/printing/conveying)

The printing machine roller is a medium-speed rotating part (1000-3000 r/min), with a surface circular runout of less than 5 μm and a balance grade of G1.Above 0.

6.Papermaking machinery rollers

The working speed of the papermaking machinery roller is 300-1500 r/min. However, the roller body is long (2-8 meters) and heavy. It is recommended to use the horizontal special large component balancing machine type.Drying cylinders, pressure rollers and flat rollers all fall into this category.

7.Pulp pump/pulping grinding disc

The working speed of the pulp pump and the pulping grinding disc is 1450-3600 r/min. The outer diameter of the impeller is large and the weight is heavy. It is recommended to use the vertical balancing machine type.

8.Printing rubber rollers

Printing rubber rollers are rotary parts with relatively high surface hardness. It is recommended to use the vertical balancing machine type with pressure balancing process.

9.Lathe/Milling machine spindle

spindle, with a rotational speed of 1500 to 6000 r/min, is the core of conventional metal processing.It is recommended to use G2Grade 5 and regularly conduct vibration verification of the entire machine with a vibration testing machine.
